Circle welding innovation only goal is to provide quality nozzle welders and circle burners for pressure vessels, power piping and sprinkler piping at a fair price, along with customer service. We also service and repair our equipment, also cypress circle welders and circle burners, and air plasma circle burners manufactured between 1970 & 2002. We have over 50 years combined experience in building, servicing, and repairing circle welding and circle burning equipment.

Nozzle welders and circle burners for pressure vessels and heavy wall pipe

Nozzle welders:
We have two models covering a range from 1" to 50" od with rise & fall cam action to follow the curvature of a vessel or pipe. The machines are equipped to be used with the following welding procedures: mig, flux core and sub arc using wire sizes .035(.8mm) to 5/32 (4.0mm). The machines are equipped with meters, torch angle adjustors, flux hopper w/gate valve, heavy duty horizontal and vertical adjustment wire reel assy. (rw-1500 12" spools and rw-2000 - 60lb coils).

Functions in welding controls:

A. Auto weld switch b. Wire direction switch c. Cold wire inch d. Purge switch e. Pre flow f. Post flow g. Burn back

Rotation controls are solid state and provide clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation. A. Model rw-1500 circle welder rated at 500 amps 100% duty cycle welding dia. 1" to 18" (25 to 457mm) od, wire sizes .035 to 5/64 (.8 to 2mm) on 12" od spools. B. Model rw-2000 circle welder rated at 700 amps 100% duty cycle. Welding dia 10" to 50" (250 to 1270mm) od, wire sizes 1/16 to 5/32 (1.6 to 4.0 mm) on 60 lb coils.

 Circle burners oxy-fuel:
We have two models of oxy-fuel circle burners. Both have the same cutting diameters which is 1 ½ to 42" beveled cut holes and 4" to 42" square cut holes (straight through no bevel). The difference between the two machines is how they are used.

The model rb-2500 circle burner is self supporting with a manually operated magnetic base, and may be moved around your shop. You take the machine to the vessel not the vessel to the machine.

The model rb-3500 circle burner has to be fixtured in some manner. It is not self-supporting. It may be fixtured in the following ways:

A. Column & boom b. Manipulator c. Side beam carriage

It is primarly used to burn holes in tank heads or into pipe. On the model-3500 we can mount a hillside attachment, which allows you to burn holes off the center line of a vessel or pipe or non radial holes in tank heads. When the hillside attachment is added the model no. Is changed to model-3550. All burners are equipped with 7" of rise & fall cam action for following the curvature of a pipe or vessel. Horizontal & vertical adjustment is by rack & pinon, and all oxy -fuel burners are equipped with victor 2 hose machine torches with adjustable head (beveling attachment). Both machines have the ability to rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise without oxy -fuel hose or electrical cable wrap-up.

Sprinkler equipment:
At this time our sprinkler equipment consists of the following: a welder, rw-1000 and a plasma circle burner, rb-1000p, a pendulum oscillator, step adaptor, cone adaptor and carriages. We also do sprinkler set-ups; where we help you get started and train your people on how to use the equipment. We can also talk about welding procedures with our customers and explain the difference between procedures.

We are looking at two more machines now and our goal is to have at least one in the product line by mid next year.

Coupling welder:
The rw-1000 is our coupling welder and like all circle welding innovation welders, has the capability to rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise without sheilding gas hose, welding lead or electrical cable wrap-up. Welding diameters are 1" to 12" od (25to 305mm). The machine is equipped with a rise & fall cam with 5" (127mm) of stroke for following the curvature of the pipe. Horizontal & vertical adjustment is by rack and pinion, wire reel to accommandate 12" od spools with a max wt of 33lb (15kg), no 4 gun& cable 6ft lg with adaptor kit and 120vac solenoid. The welding equipment is lincoln ln-7 with a k-418 timer kit which gives us the following functions:

A. Pre flow on shielding gas b. Post flow on shielding gas c. Cold wire inch d. Purge switch e. Burn back control

In additon to these functions the control has an auto weld switch which allows you to run the machine on the manual side without welding. On the auto side with the fbr switch on the speed control set on forward or reverse the machine will strike an arc and rotate all at once. The rw-1000 is rated at 300 amps 100% duty cycle. Welding processes are mig or flux core and pulse is not out of the picture when the right power source is used.

Plasma circle burner:
The rb-1000p is an air plasma burning machine with a thermal dynamics pak 75xl plus power source, 50 ft leads and 180 degree hand torch. Like the rw-1000 welder, it is also equipped with a 5" (127mm) rise & fall cam to follow the contour of the pipe. Horizontal & vertical adjustment is by rack and pinion. The machine is rated at 175 amps 100% duty cycle, and like all of our machines there is no wrap up of air line, high freq. Cable, power cable or electrical cable. The machine also has an auto burn switch. Like the welder, it allows you to check the rise & fall cam action on the pipe without activating the burning process. On the auto side you are burning and rotating. Cutting diameters 1" to 12" (25 to 305mm)

Carriages:
We have three carriages that are used with the rw-1000 circle welder and rb-1000p air plasma circle burner a. Rcw-1150 carriage - this carriage may be used with the rw-1000 circle welder only. Mounted on a monorail it is used to move the circle along a length of pipe. B. Rcw-1150-w carriage - this carriage is also mounted on a monorail and it is for use with the rb-1000pair plasma circle burner. The winch keeps the machine from falling into the hole. The rw-1000 welder may also be used with this carriage c. Rcw-11050-m carriage w/ motorized vertical lift - this carriage may be used with either the rw-1000 circle welder or the rb-1000p air plasma circle burner. These carriages are used on bridge crane set-ups where an operator would have to reach over a number of pieces of pipe to raise or lower the machines. May also be used on monorail.

3-jaw spider chucks:
A. Ec-8-16: 8 to 16 3-jaw spider chuck for nozzle ids 8" to 16" b. Ec-1024: 10 to 24 3-jaw spider chuck for nozzle ids 10" to 24" c. Ec-2442: 24 to 42 3-jaw spider chuck for nozzle ids 24" to 42"
