Who We Are
If you have been following our social media, been on our website, or have been visited by some of our sales team recently, you may have noticed some changes. This past year we have introduced a new logo, a new website, and a new system for trying to serve our customers in the best way possible. There are a lot of new things that we are going to be trying such as live demo videos on our products, training videos, new promotions, and a resource portal that you can access when you need or want more information on our products and how to use them. This is all toassure we serve you better.
Why are we doing all of this? Because we do more than just sell machines, we provide you solutions to problems you face in the shop or in the field. We want to be your one-stop shop for all things welding. Whether it is orbital welding, saw blades, or simply the consumables that are required to keep your project running, we carry what you need, and provide training and support for everything we carry. Our definition of success at Industrial Solutions is helping you solve your problems and creating an environment where you can be successful, and we aim to live this out every day when working with you.
What does all of this mean for you?
• It means we will be honest. We will do what we say we will do and when we make a mistake, we will own it. We will communicate with you in truth.
• It means we will be fair. We are in business to make a profit, but that does not mean we leave our morality outside. We will charge a fair price and will do everything we can to meet or exceed the promises we make and bring value to the relationships we develop with you.
• It means we will be good stewards of our resources. You trust us with critical segments of your processes and we take that trust seriously. We will not waste your time, good will or money trying to fit you into a solution that is not best for you. If we cannot offer a solution that is better than what you already have, we will tell you this. If our solution is not the best and there is a better solution out there that would be a better fit; we will tell you about this and point you in the right direction.
• It means we will be a long range, relationship driven organization. We want long term relationships with our clients, vendors, and associates. This means we will forgive when mistakes are made that impact us and we will ask for forgiveness when we make mistakes. We will operate with acute awareness of the fact that grace has been afforded us, and we will afford it to others.
