Watts Specialties was founded by Don Watts, a pioneer of automated pipe cutting equipment. The Watts cam-arm saddle cutter was designed and engineered by Don and became an industry standard as a cost-saving device. In 2001 Don Watts sold the company to Dave Collins. Dave continued the development of computerized pipe cutting and Watts Specialties has continued to grow all over the world.
